By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

Service not delivered: If no technician was assigned or visited you within the promised timeframe, and no rescheduling has been agreed upon.

Service cancelled by us: If Repair Saathi cancels your booking due to non-availability of technicians or parts.

Service cancelled by you (within time window): If you cancel the service within the allowed cancellation period (see section 2).

Prepaid booking errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to technical or billing errors.

Technician no-show: If the technician does not arrive and no rescheduling has been offered or accepted.

3. Mode of Refund
Refunds are issued via:

Please note: For third-party payment gateways, refund timelines depend on their policies and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:

Service visit charges, once the technician reaches your location

Diagnosis charges, if the issue has been inspected or checked

Spare parts cost, once the part has been installed or ordered on your behalf

Completed services, where the job has been fully delivered
5. Dispute Resolution

6. Warranty vs. Refund
If your appliance shows the same issue after repair and the job is still under warranty, we will:

Offer a partial/full refund if repair fails (at our discretion)
Warranty terms vary by service type and will be shared during booking or in your service receipt.
